Quality Assurance Business Partner

About the role

Q4S is looking for a Quality Assurance Business Partner for a client in South Holland. Not an operational role — but a position where you challenge management, transform processes and bring quality policy from strategy to practice. You operate at both strategic and operational level and are the link between the board and the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Acting as strategic sparring partner for management on quality matters
• Building a future-proof quality framework
• Translating complex contract requirements into workable solutions
• Conducting audits and root cause analyses
• Monitoring KPIs and reporting to board
• Connecting teams and departments around quality objectives

Requirements

• Extensive experience in quality management (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
• At home in a technical or industrial environment
• Strong in advising and connecting at board level
• Both analytical and pragmatic
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

Nice to have

• Lead Auditor certification ISO 9001
• Experience with quality management in offshore or petrochemicals
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies (FMEA, RCA)
