Project Manager Field Services

About the role

From our office in Rotterdam, as Project Manager Field Services you have direct access to the workshop. You lead international service projects — from an emergency repair in Singapore to preventive maintenance in Norway. You are the point of contact for clients and stakeholders and work closely with a close-knit team of specialists.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating international Field Service projects
• Acting as point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Monitoring budget, planning and quality
• Preparing project plans and HSE documentation
• Work preparation for Field Service Engineers
• Reporting project progress to management

Requirements

• HBO level (Mechanical Engineering or technical)
• Several years experience as Project Manager in a technical environment
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude

Nice to have

• IPMA certification
• Experience with gearboxes or rotating mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of international service logistics
